About MPro
MPro was established to support Boards and Councils in the search for effectiveness through the Review and Reengineering of Corporate Governance Processes, including a differentiated focus on Innovation, Technology and Process Automation, with special attention on Cyber Risks, ensuring the perennity and sustainability of processes and the Company. The MPro Services includes the search and implementation of Key Performance Indicators, that can indicate the evolution of Governance, and support the corrective decisions with Quality.
The MPro Services are performed from a Preliminary Diagnosis that defines the Work Objectives and their Goals, after deployment, and are conducted by Certified Sr Consultants supported by Expert Consultants in each domain to be addressed.
